I’m a frustrated fashion blogger; I’m too timid to post my #OOTD on my blog but when it comes to my children it’s a different story. I work at the corporate world and there are lot of events in the year - summer outing, kick-off party, Christmas party, year-end party, etc. and because it only happens once a year, I always prepare in advance  and be with my own style.

I remember one time during our Christmas party, I nominated as one of the best in costume. I got shocked when I heard my name, some of my friends told me that they nominated me because I created my unique own style, very stylish that I even invested on my outfit and accessories while being comfortable on what I am wearing and success, I won the best in costume!

Finding my outfit or accessories is so easy now, especially there are lots of online stores that fits on working moms like me. I stumbled at Divatress website and got interested on the products they offer. They sell beauty and hair care products and also different styles of wigs. Yes! They have a wide array of selections of wigs, from lace front wigs to half wigs and short wigs. I pay most of my attention at short wigs category and here are my top 3 choices of short wigs.

Nice db? Buying wigs are much cheaper and more affordable compared going to salon and pay for your stylist every time you want to change your style. The varieties of short wigs are superb and believe me everyone will get impressed on the products that Divatress offered. If you want to learn more about these products, visit their website here.

Holy week this year falls on my mom’s 64th birthday, so we plan our quick getaway with the whole family. This will be our 1st out of town this year and my kids are so excited, well everyone is excited kasi kumpleto kami. Our initial plan is to book a room here in Makati like what we did last year however, my husband decided to book at Tagaytay instead, para pwede ring gumala. We booked one unit at Wind Residences via Airbnb, the unit is modern loft type kaya kasya kaming lahat, 7 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take pictures kasi nakalagay na lahat ng gamit namin but you can see the unit here.

#TeamVillarealTravels
On our way to Tagaytay

We left Makati by 8:20am and arrived at Wind Residences exactly in time for our 11am check-in.  Yes! The owner allows us for early check-in and late check-out, super bait pa nya and also her assistant. Take note, we extend our stay here for another night kasi super love na namin sa Tagaytay.

Let me photo blog our quick escapade.

Day 1: It’s my mom’s birthday, so we had our lunch at Summit Ridge, take a nap at the unit, few hours at the pool then visit Our Lady of Lourdes Parish for and had our late dinner at Weber’s Delicatessen located at Tower 1 in Wind Residences.

Dinner Time

Day 2: We woke up early for morning dip, take our lunch at the unit (my dad cooks Daing na Bangus, buttered shrimp, with itlog na maalat and kamatis plus fish cracker), took afternoon nap, visited Sky Ranch and late dinner at the unit. We just take out our food from Shakeys.

Morning dip with Daddy

Day 3: We had our early breakfast and opted to stay outside (open field), my husband is so busy flying a kite while we chose to just lie down, enjoy the view and take lots of pictures. My kids enjoy the field and weather, wala silang tigil sa habulan. It’s just a very relaxing morning while my mom and dad went out to market. We then decided to visit Picnic Groove and had our dinner again at the unit, madami pa kaming food eh.

Off to our next adventure
Rhian's first horse ride

Day 4: Our initial plan is to hear mass at Pink Sister but we woke up late so we opted to hear Easter mass at Our Lady of Lourdes. We then ate our lunch at Merben Tapsilogan and back to unit by 2:30pm. It’s raining that day, buti nalang mabait yung staff ng owner as she allowed us to fix our things. We left Tagaytay around 3:30pm and got home by 6pm. (Medyo traffic that day, uwian narin kasi eh and naulan pa.)

Lunch Time
Overall, we really enjoyed our short vacation with the whole family. My parents are so happy to be with us especially with their grandchildren. This is one of their dreams, to go out of town with the whole family, to relax and enjoy life to the fullest. Looking forward for our next summer escapade next month. Wooohooo!!!

The brightest event for our littles ones is here. Kid’s Fair 2017: “Bright! Right From The Start” kicks off on April 21 - 23, 2017 (Friday to Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at SM Megatrade Hall 1, Mandaluyong City.

The first ever KID’S FAIR 2017: “Bright! Right From The Start” is an event that sets an environment of learning, discovery, and fun for kids with various activities that could help them improve their creative and thinking skills. From the moment they set foot in the fair, the fun begins – filled with delightful servings of games that stimulate creativity, sportsmanship, and problem-solving skills.

Play and win prizes at game booths; listen to book reading sessions or discover new books to take home; try an art craft session and bring out the artist within; join several exciting workshops that enhances skills and imagination; and explore a bounty of booths from toys, books and sports – to fashion, candies, and cakes. But wait – this chock-full of fun fair is not just for kids.

Parents don’t have to watch on the sidelines. You’re in it too. Moms, dads, grandparents, and guardians are definitely in the mix – it’s a family affair. KID’S FAIR actively involves the whole family by helping them learn to provide the proper learning path so kids get the necessary motivation and guidance, a solid foundation that propels them to a better future with careers that give them purpose and a lifestyle of holistic well-being.

A healthy mind needs a healthy body, so the Doctors are in at the KID’S FAIR too. Stop by the Child Check-up lounge and get medical and health advice from reputable Child Psychologists. What’s more, you may want to try the “Left-brain, Right-brain Dominance Assessment” and find out if your child is either analytical or creative – or maybe even both – an expert in child psychology will be there to guide you.

KID’S FAIR aims to promote proper childhood development that fosters joy and harmony at home and in school. We believe that happy, optimistic children are the product of happy, optimistic homes.

ARTISTE SPACE produced and organized KID’S FAIR 2017: “Bright! Right From The Start” to provide a cheerful event for kids and their families while forwarding knowledge on effective childcare and development. Ear-nestly working to deliver an exceptional KID’S FAIR that exceeds visitor ex-pectations and become a must-attend event for the whole family every year.

Because I love my readers, I'm giving away 5 tickets for the Kid's Fair. Just leave your name and email address below, please also tell your friends about it. See you at Kid’s Fair 2017: “Bright! Right From The Start” April 21 - 23, 2017 (Friday to Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at SM Megatrade Hall 1, Mandaluyong City.

I don’t have best friend today aside from for my husband and my sisters, but when I was younger I used to have 2 best friends. One is my kababata and the other one is from my high school years, but sad to say something came up kaya nagkatampuhan kami and the rest is history. Now, we’re still good friends naman.

I have 2 siblings, we were 3 girls in the family and I consider them as my barkada. Andyan yung naghihiraman kami ng damit, shoes and bag. Perks of having sister is that meron ka rin kasama mag window shopping and gumala, although we have different group of friends we still enjoy each other’s company. Minsan may schedule pa kung sino ang manlilibre sa amin every time na gagala kami and because I have sisters, I will always have a friends.  I remember my mom nung bata pa kami gusto nya pare-pareho kaming 3 ng damit, tuwang tuwa sya every time na nakikita nya kaming ganon, actually sa kanya ko nga rin narining na ang sarap ng may anak na babae kasi meron kang “Human Doll”.

When I got pregnant with Rhaine, it was unexpected. I don’t want to get pregnant by that time, Rhian is just 1year old and I want to spend more time with her, but God has another plan for us. He gave us another blessing and that is our bunso. It was a roller coaster ride when I was pregnant with Rhaine, pero nalagpasan naming mag asawa yun, from post-partum depression to money problems, lahat nakayanan namin. God is good all the time.

As they grow older, I can see that they are different with each other, si Rhian is like her father na tahimik, napipirmi sa isang lugar, mabusisi while Rhaine is di mapakali sa isang lugar, mas matapang sa ate nya, medyo emotional and madaling umiyak like me. They may be as different as sun and the moon, but the same blood flows through both of their heart. Both of them are very sweet and loving lalo na pag nakakauwi na ko from work and pag naglalambing sila before going to sleep na ayaw na nilang humiwalay sa tabi ko.

A best friend is a gift in life, but sisters share an unmatched bond.
Minsan nag aaway, pero madalas maglambingan. Rhian really love her sister, pag may kinakain sya she make sure to give the half or portion of it to Rhaine, she is also concern with her little sister let’s say tumatalon sa kama si Rhaine, you will see Rhian on her side telling “Rhaine, bawal yan, mapilayan ka cge.”. Every time we read books at night, Rhaine will seat beside her ate. Ang saya lang nilang tingnan, parang they cannot live without each other.

There is no better friend than a sister. And there is no better sister than you.
When it comes to their #OOTD, I like to dress them up, ang cute kasi nilang tingnan pag magkapareho sila. sometimes Rhian will ask kung anong susuotin ni Rhaine kasi gusto nya same sila, and now I’m so addicted in twinning (mother and daughter dress). In fact, I ordered 2 set of clothes na magkakapareho kami and will wear it soon. I don’t worry too much about their old clothes as we can give it to my niece.

One of the most understated of relationships is having sister, because they have strongest bonds any girl can have and it makes a girl much happier. Do you agree with me? A sister always comes as a blessing in a person’s life, they will support each other each step of life and they are best friends for life. There will be fights and patch ups but those are remembered for life.

Sisters for Life, Best Friend Forever
Seeing them growing together is priceless. They stick with each other wherever they go, forever playmates, and no matter how many times Rhian makes fun of Rhaine, she will always have her back to her sister, I hope this continues the rest of their lives.
