Christmas 2013 Celebration

This is super late post! I know and I’m so sorry. Medyo hirap narin kasi ako ngayon magsulat since I need to focus on my baby’s movement and paper works at the same time. I need to arrange all the documents that I need to turn-over to my reliever. You know, malapit na kong leave kasi any day and anytime this month lalabas na si Rhian. Yahoo…

This is our 2^nd Christmas as husband and wife. We had a very simple celebration with our family which I think the most important above all. On Christmas Eve, my husband and I attended the 10:30pm holy mass, the place was crowded and we have no choice but to stand for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes. Since I am 8 months pregnant, it’s really hard for me to stand that long, but I pray so hard and ask God to give me more strength to bear the pain of standing while hearing the mass. God is so good all the time, because I survive!

Right after the mass, we had our traditional Noche Buena, together with my mother-in-law. We eat together exchange our gifts and picture picture!

Merry Christmas From Our Family To Yours!

On Christmas Day, my family and other relatives came over to our house. We had a simple lunch and fun activities too.

My mom prepared games like Trip to Jerusalem, Pinoy Henyo and Stop Dance. My mother-in-law also prepared 1 game for us.

Everybody was happy, especially when my mom showered us with lots of coins (mapa piso man yan o limang piso keribells na). It is our tradition na magpaagaw ng coins every Christmas and New Year! But since I cannot join them in picking the coins on the floor, I ask my husband to do it for me. Aba sabi ko need namin ng pandagdag sa panganganak. Hehe. Well, I also helped him gamit ang aking mahiwagang 2 paa, yun nga lang sobrang nag woworry sila kasi baka mahulog ako sa upuan. Haha.

Overall, we really had fun, memorable and fulfilling Christmas celebration. Oooppsss.. Next year, may batang makulit na kaming kasama and we're all excited! Yahoo..
