Preparing this dish is very easy as 1,2,3.
Pork chop is even better if you put some sauce to go with. I swear other than
Fried Pork Chop, I also cook Pork Steak only. Eeeerrrrr.. Now, Smothered Pork
Chop is the newly added to my recipe list.

pcs of Pork Chops
1
large onion
2
teaspoon minced garlic
1
¼ cup beef broth
¼
cup heavy cream
½
cup water
1
tablespoon unsalted butter
2
tablespoons cooking oil
Salt
and Pepper to taste
Procedures:
1.
Cooked pork chop on pressure cooker
for 5 minutes. Set Aside
2.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on each pork
chop. Rub and let stay for 15-20 minutes.
3.
Heat oil in a pan.
4.
Pan fry the pork chops in medium heat
for 5 minutes per side or until the color turns medium brown.
5.
Remove from the pork chops from the
pan, set aside.
6.
On the same pan, melt-in butter.
7.
Sauté the onions and cook until
caramelized.
8.
Sauté garlic. Cook for 2 minutes
9.
Sprinkle-in flour. Stir and cook for 3
minutes.
10. Pour-in beef broth, water, and heavy
cream. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 12 minutes.
11. Place the fried pork chops in the pan.
Cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce reduces.
12. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve
with rice.
13. Share and enjoy!

know it may not look appealing visually, but I swear the dish is very appetizing.
My husband loves the combination of creamy sauce with Pork Chops is amazing
plus the sautéed onions and garlic blends with the cream. Try this recipe and
you will agree to me that this dish is superb!
We love to eat pork chops as well :-) and your recipe makes me drool like crazy :-) I would love to try this recipe but unfortunately can cook it as my little girl is allergic to cream :-(
