I eliminate some of the ingredients like white mushroom, white wine and scallions but you can include it when you
try this dish at home.
- ½ kilo chicken breast, sliced
- 1 medium size onion, minced
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken stock or broth
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Procedures:
1.
Soften the chicken in pressure cooker
for 3 minutes. (it’s up to you if you want it boil in the pressure
cooker)
2.
Drain and season the chicken with salt
and ground black pepper. Let it stay for 15 minutes.

Heat a pan, and then pour-in olive
oil.
4.
Put-in the chicken and cook in medium
heat for 5 minutes.
5.
Remove chicken and place in a clean
plate. For now, sauté onions for 2-3 minutes on the same pan.
6.
Pour-in chicken broth or stock. Let it
boil and put the chicken back in the pan.
7.
Add the heavy cream. Stir and cook for
5 minutes.
8.
Simmer it until the sauce reduces and
becomes thicker.
9.
Transfer to serving plate. Serve,
