Chicken Cordon Bleu is one of Hubby’s favorites; I like it better with cheesy and creamy sauce top on crispy chicken. Anyway, Chicken Cordon Bleu is a dish that is well known to many American restaurants. I read some blogs about this dish and I found out that the word “Cordon Bleu” means “Blue Ribbon” which is clearly from French Origin. Wow! I also read an article stated that they use blue ribbon in order to intact all the ingredients instead of using toothpick. Hhhmmm.. Pwede!
Chicken Cordon
Bleu is a dish consists of flattened Chicken Breast, top with thin slices of Ham
and cheese tightly rolled up, breaded, fried and baked. This is my first time
to cook this dish and I’m soooo nervous.. Malaki kaya ang expectations ng asawa
ko na mape-perfect ko sya.. Waahhh…
Last Tuesday, I’m
not feeling well. Others thought I’m pregnant but I’m not.. (**sad face**) I
just want to lie down on our bed and rest, but when my husband arrived at Home
tired because of work, I told myself that I need to give my husband a good dish
the following day to compensate all his sleepless nights due to work load. As I
review our weekly list, Chicken Cordon Bleu was assigned for our baon on
Wednesday.. Waahh.. So right after our dinner, I prepared all the ingredients
for my first ever Chicken Cordon Bleu. Haha..(Recipes from http://www.pinoycookingrecipes.com)
