DIY: Guestbook / Questionnaire's Notebook

Initially our plan is to have a separate guestbook where our guests can write their special wishes and message for us since the guestbook that CD Worx gave to us is soooo beautiful, nanghihinayang kami kung susulatan lang db? that’s why we finally decided to have a “Questionnaire’s notebook”.

I saw this cool stuff at BridalBook.ph which inspires me to do our own version. Yun nga lang talagang need ng sipag and tyaga. I’m so thankful that I have a very supportive husband and mother-in-law who help me in doing this lovely stuff. Ako na ang swerte! :)

Materials:

Cartolina (purple and pink)

See, I told you I'm so meticulous bride.. Kahit mahirap, oks lang basta our wedding will be PERFECT!

But sad to say, out of 12 questionnaires notebook, only 9 pieces returned to us.. So I am begging all our guests who picked up our notebook to please return it to us.. Please!!! (**sad face**)
