JM celebrates her 21st birthday last May 20. I was in the seminar for Executive Assistant at SMX Convention Center that time that is why my mom decided to celebrate at MOA. Ian and I decided to meet at the mall before we meet-up my family. When we arrived at our meeting place, my mom together with Ate Aissa and JM is already waiting for us, while my dad is currently at the parking lot. Since it's my mom treat, we give her the authority to choose where she wants to have our dinner. She prefer us to try the Mann-Ang which is the sister company of Mann-Hann. Mann-Ang was a tandem of Chinese and Filipino cuisine while Mann-Hann is renowned for its basic Chinese delicacies. My mom chose this place because she already tried this restaurant when Tita Connie treats their group last April during her birthday celebration.

My dad wishes to have Sinigang na Isda (Miso). He loves to have soup whenever we dine in any restaurant. I didn't like the flavor since they include ginger as main ingredients. Gggrr.. I love Sinigang na Isda each time my dad cook for us, he includes real tamarind which makes the soup very sour.

My mom opts to have Tofu Sisig. I love it especially when it served sizzling. It's a combination of onions and chili that is why it's a little bit spicy but yummy.

Since its JM special day and according to the oldies, you need to have at least 1 noodles during the celebration for longer life, so my mom order 1 for us. She chose to try the Seafood Pancit Bihon which is one of their specialties.

My mom adds one order of Crispy Pata since she is craving for that. This one I really fell in love with, I love the crispy skin that includes in their servings with matching sweet and little spicy sauce which makes it mouth-watering.

We love sweet and sour fish that is why we order 1 for us. There is no special thing about the dish but the taste was good and lip-smacking should I say, Trust me!
